Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival, the room is ready for you at 15:00
Please vacate your room on the day of departure no later than 10:00.
Other arrival and departure times can be arranged individually.
Addendum to the price list
For stays we charge a reservation deposit of 50%.
This deposit will be deducted from the total price of your stay.

Cancellation must be notified in writing by e-mail or by post (the postmark of the post office determines the amount of the cancellation fee).
If the client cancels the stay or a part of the stay after arrival or during the stay, the cancellation fee of 100% of the value of the ordered services will be charged if the accommodation provider fails to occupy the vacant room.
(According to the Civil Code, §759 - the accommodation provider is obliged to compensate for the damage caused to the accommodation provider by early cancellation of the accommodation if the accommodation provider could not have prevented the damage. The accommodation provider is therefore entitled to compensation for lost profit for the days during which the room was not occupied as a result of your cancellation. Days when the room was already occupied by someone else are not compensated).
By confirming the reservation in writing and paying the price of the stay, if applicable, the client confirms that he/she has been informed of and respects these cancellation conditions.
"According to the Sales Records Act, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer. At the same time, he is obliged to register the received sales with the tax administrator online; in case of technical failure, within 48 hours at the latest."
